Prepared the night before, it’s also the perfect slow food for fast people. Simply combine 1/3 cup of Bircher, 1/3 cup of natural yogurt and 1/3 cup of cloudy apple juice, then cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, your Bircher is ready to go! Simply top with seasonal fresh fruits and dig in.
